- How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be delivered with PostNL or DHL. As soon as your package is packed you will receive a track and trace code by e-mail so you can follow your package.
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are free. Other countries cost according to PostNL and DHL shipping costs. If you spend more than € 70, - shipping is completely free!
- Where can I have my order delivered?
During the checkout process you can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to a delivery address.
- What should I do if I receive an incorrect, faulty or incomplete order?
Unfortunately, things can sometimes go wrong with the processing of your order. Of course we would like to solve this for you. In this case, please contact us directly at info@Zenseous.nl.
